LJXPLOREMAX offer multiple shipping options to cater to your diverse needs, including but not limited to:

Free Fast Shipping: Cost-effective and suitable for most orders.

Express Shipping: Faster delivery service for orders that need to be received quickly.

At present, we ship strictly to the United States. Customers cannot specify a particular shipping carrier; we will match the most appropriate, reliable carrier for your selected shipping method once your order ships.

Free Fast Shipping Over $69.99 (calculated after discounts are applied).

SHIPPING TIME

Total Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Tailoring Time: 7-10 business days
Free Fast Shipping Time: 4-6 business days
Express Shipping Time: 2-3 business days

Some items images have shipping label, e.g. Ships out in 3 Days, etc. Please note this time frame is calculated in business days.

Note: that actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as destination, weather, and transportation conditions. 

NOTE: Due to peak season, processing and shipping time may extend. We suggest you buy earlier to receive earlier, in case of delivery exception or alterations.

*Please note that we do not ship to the following locations: P.O. Boxes; freight forwarding companies. (So please use a residential or business address at checkout.)

SHIPPING COST

Express Shipping: $29.99 per order
Free Fast Shipping: Free Fast Shipping on all orders over $69.99. (The Free Fast Shipping option is strictly applicable ONLY to orders shipped within the US.)

Order cut-off time: 5:00 AM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive an email order confirmation with tracking number (if applicable) once your order ships. If you have not received your order within 7 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us at customercare@ljxploremax.com.
